The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to a major shopping complex and a variety of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice showers and comfortable beds. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The in-room breakfast was delicious and served on time. there was plenty of off-road parking available.
The layout of the room was not wheelchair-friendly, which could be problematic for guests with mobility needs.

I loved that I could bring my dog with me and the nearby garden was beautiful. The ground-level room was so convenient for me, and I didn't have to worry about stairs. The staff was helpful with my late check-out request and accommodating my two portacots for my toddlers. The location was central to everything I needed, including a shopping center.

Lovely welcome and explanation of routine; clear instructions to our destination in Narellan. Going the long way around surprisingly quicker with only 1 set of lights. Comfortable bed, neat room, good facilities. Ground floor room with helpful frame and chair/stool for shower. Perfect location for our needs, friendly staff, quiet area. Big enough, practical room with microwave. Great shower with excellent water pressure. Basic facilities, no mention of breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations on several levels. The room was spacious, well equipped, and had clean amenities. The recently renovated bathroom was lovely, and the beds were comfortable, including a double bed and a single bed. The staff provided quick check-in service, perfect for tired travelers. Additionally, the hotel's location, just across the road from the large shopping complex, was convenient and offered plenty of options for dining and shopping.
No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.
